What's Included

Beginner-friendly strength training

Sessions are designed to help women feel confident with strength training, whether you’re brand new or building on existing experience.

You’ll train in a small group environment, allowing for individual guidance, support and attention throughout the session.

Learn how to lift safely, move well and feel more confident using weights and training equipment.

Train alongside other women in a friendly, encouraging environment that feels welcoming rather than intimidating.

The training is progressive, helping you build strength, consistency and confidence over time.

Exercises can be modified to suit your ability, fitness level and experience, so you can train in a way that feels right for you.

The focus is on confidence, consistency and enjoying movement, not comparison or pressure.

How it Works

1. Choose Your Membership

Pick a session package that works for your routine, with options for 6, 8, 10 or 12 sessions per month.

2. Follow the Monthly Programme

Strength sessions are programmed by day and repeated weekly for the month, helping you build confidence, improve technique and track progress.

Classes are booked online, making it easy to manage your sessions, choose your times and stay consistent.

Not sure where to begin?
The trial month is the perfect way to experience small group training, get familiar with the studio and start building confidence with support from your coach.
Your trial month includes 10 sessions for £150, working out at £15 per session.
